This will warn you very obnoxiously if you have Algalon targetted during the encounter and he is missing an attack speed or attack power debuff. This does not care if these debuffs are improved/talented.
By default, this loads if you are any class that can provide any of these debuffs, regardless of talents or raid role. You should turn this WA off (Load->"Never") if you aren't responsible for these debuffs.
