Shows item level to a more accurate three decimal point max, instead of rounding to the nearest whole.
Also shows secondary stat rating next to their percentages so you don't have to mouse over them.
Notes:
- The item level display is colorized based on Dragonflight Season 3 item level values (yellow>green>blue>purple>orange>pink).
- If you want to use a single default color, this can be changed by following the instructions in the custom function text field under the display tab in Item Level (Season 3).
- You can also update the item level average values if you want to change what thresholds the colors change at (as new seasons come out, for example).
- I know checking every frame isn't ideal, but it's simple and works without impacting performance.
