Execute will only show when target is <= 20% hp.
Overpower will show whenever one of your attacks is dodged (OP is only castable on the enemy that dodged you, so if the icon is showing, but you can't use the ability, that is the reason).
Revenge will show anytime you block, dodge, or parry (revenge is usable on any enemy unlike overpower).
Battle Shout will show whenever you are in combat and battle shout isn't already active.
If you don't want to use the resource bar with this WA, you'll have to manually set the position of each icon on your screen.
