With SV the top left number is the time value at your existing combo points. This is helpful for desycning. Just never RIP unless you have 5 combo points, hence it's only green at 5 points

The right side is for getting CC. Flowershiting with mark of the wild. Spamming FF, Natures Wrath (Needs a GCD) and Barkskin for inform procs while entering fights. |
