Does an announce in /yell when demonic pact is applied. Only yells if a stronger version of demonic pact is applied, refreshing the same value pact will not trigger a yell to prevent spamming chat.
By default only loads for dungeons and raids. Change Load conditions in "Demonic Pact Announce - Refresh" to customise.
Known issues:
* Spell power is sometimes 1 less than tooltip (presumably a rounding issue)
* A refresh of the buff at <10s to a lower value doesn't re-trigger yells |
