Most CDs are fixed to their locations and show always. I prefere this over dynamically showing CDs even if it takes up more space most of the time.
For survival, mana bar is replaced by timer for sniper training.
The action bar 'labels' will need to be adjusted to match your keybinds. You can also re-order icons if you prefer.
