Tracks buffs/debuffs on a player/target

Some of them are hidden auras and almost impossible to track correctly (don't have personal buff/debuff, working from the talents and activated from applying other spells, like retribution paladin Sanctified Retribution works from any aura)

Unloaded group of buffs is similar to the player version, but used to track unaffected group players in tooltip rather than self
Not using class check for the load due to hard spec detection and low inspect range
