This a reminder to equip the Vanquished Clutches of Yogg-Saron after Steelbreaker dies and to use it when in range of Algalon. The weakaura will only load in Ulduar 25-man, and won't load unless you have Vanquished Clutches of Yogg-Saron on you.
I would recommend using the following macro to ease the trinket swapping:
