Swing timer with twist indicator

Will implement Ret and Prot stuff, it is not done yet.
The swing timer can glow when you are able to twist, check custom options.

The WA keeping track of the cooldowns is from here https://wago.io/uq3qg3eWb, just remade it to icons instead of progress bars.
