NWB !layer Auto Responder/Inviter

This WeakAura automatically replies to and/or invites someone in need of a layer swap.
It will also automatically accept invites when you request a layer swap.

The following commands are activated separately in the Custom Options (see pictures):

GUILD CHAT
!layer
results in everyone whispering the person what layer they are on. So you can chose what layer to request

!layer <number>
Results in everyone in the desired layer replying/inviting (depending on which options are selected).

WHISPER
!layer
Results in the player replying with their current layer number, and inviting to party.

WORLD CHANNELS (TRADE/WORLD/LFG/ETC.)
!layer <number>
Results in everyone in the desired layer inviting (depending on which option is selected).

NOTE: This WeakAura requires the "NovaWorldBuffs" add-on for layer detection.

Version 3.0:
- When you type "!layer <number>" in guild- or a world chat, it will now automatically accept the invite you get from another player.
- It will now correctly answer that you are already in the layer you're trying to swap to.
- The word "!layer" doesn't trigger a response in the middle of a sentence anymore, only at the start of a whisper message.

Version 2.1:
- Added support for Alliance major cities.

Version 2.0:
- Added a dropdown menu where it is possible to select when you want to invite/whisper someone.
- Changed the default invite/whisper behavior.
- Added support for world channels (for example Trade/World/LFG/etc.).
- Changed the responses you would send to yourself when you asked for your own layer.
