crit cap display

pops up a little display on your character sheet to tell you if you are crit capped as a rogue right now

it calculates at the time you look at it, so you want to look at it while you're fully raid buffed

if you get a draenei buff, it tells you and includes that

this assumes you have 5% hit from precision, which you should

to-do feature creep for later or maybe never
-check each relevant raid buff for if it's active, and if not modify your current stats to pretend you have it, so you can see your "raid buffed" crit cap at all times, even in town alone
