Priest user interface based on AfenarUI.

If you find any bugs / cosmetic changes, feel free to report them to comments or to my discord (Matti#6969).

Changes:

Added T30 4P tracking for all specs
Insanity prediction now works for Halo and Mind games
Removed spells that were removed in 10.1 (Shadow)
Added tracking for harsh discipline
Added tracking for shadowfiend uptime
Fixed mind games being shown when known as covenant
