Threat Differential on Nameplates

Fork of ThreatDiff on Nameplates to resolve some issues and adding additional functionality.
Rewrite of https://wago.io/CW6ILxJV7 to work with Blizzard's Threat API with additional features
Added updates with some changes from Buds https://wago.io/ThreatNameplates

• Shows the threat difference between yourself and the party/raid member with the most threat on enemy nameplates
  
• Color determined by Tankstatus:

  • Tanked by self  (default: yellow)
    
  • Tanked by others  (default: blue)
    
  • Insecurely tanked by self (!!!) (default: orange)

Open Issues:

Resolved Issues:

• Wrong values the group changes (join/leave/move)
  
• Slow or missing value updates
  
• Insecurely tanking (2) result in status  from UnitDetailedThreatSituation() results in missing nameplate anchor (missing values on plates).
  
• Missing colour when Insecurely tanking.
  
• Sometimes wrong saved/stuck values when going from Raid to Party as Raid function stops running when converted to raid.
