Synced Raid Notes v.0.8

A prototype of the synced raid notes without any additional dependencies, just WA.

Synced notes operates through raid leader, raid warning, and officer channel messages. This format is chosen because it proved a layer of administration that cannot be achieved with an open addon message channel.

Simply the following commands below as a raid leader, with raid warning or in officer channel.

!add or !addnote [your message]
!remove [row]
!clear or !clearnotes

Note! You can use either {rt1-8} or raid symbols names {skull} to add raid symbols in the notes.
