[Whitemane 4.3.4] Interrupt announcer

Sends message in chat when you successfully interrupt a spell.

This weakaura is a fork of Interrupt announcer.

on Whitemane combat log for SPELL_INTERRUPT event is most of the time incorrect. Sometimes it works but most of the time it does not and mainly it's because GUID and names for source and destination are either simply wrong or unknown.

So until they fix the issue I made a weakaura using whatever information that is correct on combat log to make an Interrupt announcer.

It uses only the last 4 characters of the GUID because presumably they are always correct and extraSpeIIId so we can link the spell which we interrupted.

there is an open issue on github for it. so let's hope devs will fix it soon so we dont have to use these tricks to make stuff work.
