Auto decline Non-Wintergrasp shared quests while in Wintergrasp

Auto block non-pvp quests while in Wintergrasp, only blocks quests that aren't Wintergrasp related and only while in the pvp instance version of wintergrasp. Any wintergrasp pvp quests can be shared just fine. Created by Novaspark-Arugal.
