  - Shows disabled without a shield equipped

GENERAL BEHAVIORS (Well hello there)
- Glows and plays BAM! when enemy casting interruptable spell while off cooldown and has resources
- Displays cooldown while in combat
- Faded if not applicable so somewhat out of the way but omnipresent
