GENERAL BEHAVIORS (well hello there):

• When you lack a buff, have the item, and can apply it, the aura will show inventory count
  
• When a buff is active, an Active border shows around the aura with its duration remaining
  
  
  
  • Icon switches to buff icon while the buff is active
    
  
  
  
• When something is on cooldown, the aura is desaturated and displays cooldown remaining
