Stahlbetonia Execute Helper

Shows a grey Execute Icon as soon as target HP < 30% (Prepare alert)
Shows a glowing Execute Icon with GCD animation once the target HP is <= 20% (use alert)
Shows a greyscale Execute Icon with GCD animation once the target HP is <= 20% but you have no rage or it's on global cooldown

Shows a green execute icon for 0.25s if your last execute did successfully hit
Shows a large orange execute icon for 0.25s if your last execute did successfully crit
Shows a shaking <MISS> execute icon for 0.25s if your last execute has been dodged, missed or parried
