SwingTimer + Rage Bar

Swing Timer that changes colors when heroic strike and cleave are queued. Rage bar that changes color based on stance + calculates how much rage you will have with HS/Cleave queued. Meant to be used with HUD here: https://wago.io/qIzzsMwzg

1.01 - HS currently set at 12 rage by default (3/3 imp HS) to change the rage cost of heroic strike, click custom options.
1.02 - adjusted to fit better with ElvUI
