Why did you make yet another TankTools ripoff?
Because Classic WA has supported the "Threat Situation" trigger since BWL patch introduced the threat API which the other TankTools don't seem to use. Instead of only being active during the first 10 seconds of combat, this version is active whenever you have less than 15k threat. That means it works for threat resets during long boss fights.

It also includes dodge/miss/parry of auto attacks (which should never really happen), but those triggers are limited to being under 5k threat.

If you wish to change the threat value required for either Maul or AA, note that you must write the threat value 100x higher than what you intend, as all threat meters actually divide the value by 100. So 15k = 1500000.

I changed all my triggers from spell names to spell IDs before posting (for international clients) but didnt get to test everything, so if something is not working please ping me on the Druid discord and I will take a look.
