[zRFG] • Zippy's Raidframe Glow (Important Curses and Power Infusion

!!! This WA is intended for Mages and non-Healdruids. Healers please use THIS WA !!!

- The WA will place a purple glow around any unit in your raidframe that is affected by a curse reducing its healing received by 50% or more. It works with all raidframes and game client languages.

- It can also indicate Priests using Power Infusion.

- The duration of the raidframe glow is equal to the duration of the debuff.
