You must have him targeted and be close, within a few feet of his location. Easily tested by keeping him targeted and walking away.
Plays an obnoxious sound (part of Nova World Buffs so have that installed or change the audio) and triggers the task bar alert if WoW is not your focused window.
Gives you more time to switch from your alt to whomever you want buffed. |
