-added encounter ID's so WA's are only loaded when needed
-removed 2 range checks for Nef Fear(ud racial glow based on distance), as they greatly impact performance (In the original version they are loaded for the entirety of BWL, just enable WA performance profiling and you'll notice)
-deleted some WA'S
-updated glow to be pixel glow
-changed font, size, growth direction from left to right, space to 1
