Mage: Zippy's Conjured Water & Mana Gem Reminder

Shows a Reminder Icon for...

a) Mana Gems if you don't have the two best of them in your bags and for
b) Conjured Water if you have 5 or less in your bags (the amount you have left is shown as a number on the icon).

The Icons are only visible for...

1. [Mages] that are
2. [Out of Combat] and
3. [not resting].
