Zippy's Mage Watch (Important Debuffs on Target)

This WA shows you important debuffs for mages as a group of icons. The debuffs shown are

   1. Arcanite Dragonling Debuff (+150 Fire Spell Power per Stack, shows when on target)
   2. Nightfall Proc (+15% Spell Damage, shows when on target)
   3. Curse of Elements (shows desaturated always, in color if debuff is applied)
   4. Winter's Chill (shows desaturated always for Frost Mages, in color if debuff is applied)
   5. Detect Magic (shows desaturated for mobs where it's relevant, in color if debuff is applied)
   6. Imp. Scorch Stacks (Fire Vulnerability, disabled by default - check 'Load' tab to activate)
