Mega's WotLK Target Debuffs

Heavily inspired by Laty's debuff tracking Weakaura (who probably based it on someone elses!).

Right clicking icons lets you announce missing buffs.

Does not track the following debuffs, as I couldn't find a neat way of doing so:
Generic crit (3%) (rogue poison overrides Totem of Wrath and Heart of the Crusader, but isn't a seperate debuff, so pain to track)
Spell hit (3%) (Misery is trackable, but hard to seperate improved faerie fire from unimproved)
Physical damage increase (4%) (this is easily trackable, but is on as long as Arms/Combat is actually trying to do damage)

Any solutions to the above would be greatly appreciated!
