Signet Auto Swapper
Similar to https://wago.io/3T84NG4Ka...this WA tracks whether Signet of Edward the Odd has proc'd recently, if it has and you're out of combat, it will swap to your other ring, tracking the proc and ICD on screen.
Current thresholds are set under conditions 4 and 5.
C4: If the duration on the ICD is greater than 10 seconds and you're out of combat, swap off Signet (action bar 7).
C5: If the duration on the ICD is less than 10 seconds and you're out of combat, swap on Signet (action bar 6).
