Fojji - WeakAuras Fake Encounter for Testing Purposes

Since some of my Auras load based on encounter triggers, import this WeakAura to test. Once imported, type:
/run WeakAuras.ScanEvents("WA_FAKE_ENCOUNTER_START")
This will start a fake encounter, and then type
/run WeakAuras.ScanEvents("WA_FAKE_ENCOUNTER_END")
to end.
**NOTE** - This does **NOT** overwrite the Load condition "In Encounter". You'll have to also disable that when testing.
