Lists all rogues in your group or raid and the status of tricks of the trade.only background = ready 2 use
grey bar = cooldown
green bar = tricks casted on displayed target, waiting for first damage
yellow bar = threat is being transferred to displayed target
works for rogues in your raid even if you are not a rogue yourself
uses spell ids, should be localization independent
