How does this WeakAura work?
Drain Soul DPS Snapshotting
1) When you cast Drain Soul, it will store the DPS of that channel using a formula (Factors in SP, Haste, Damage% Modifiers)
2) It will then compare your live SP, Haste & Damage% against the stored value.
3) It will then calculate and display the difference in DPS if you were to re-cast Drain Soul.
Haunt Travel Time Tick
- This WeakAura also includes a dynamic red tick line, which factors in travel time, cast time, and latency of your Haunt. The tick displays the time to re-cast Haunt so that it won't drop off.
Drain Soul Damage Display
- This WeakAura also shows your Drain Soul damage tick (purple text, top right corner)
F.A.Q.
Does it work on Raid damage buffs?
- Yes it works on **any** damage modifier you get. Including Thaddius shift or Malygos spark. It's designed to do just that!
At what DPS should I re-cast it?
- I leave that up to you. In my opinion it's probably not worth re-casting for a minimal DPS gain (100-200), due to human reaction time on re-casting after a Tick. As you get used to using the Aura, you can "feel" the displayed damage-per-tick (purple number, top right), and make your own decision.
How can I hide my usual Cast Bar?
- I made two Auras that can help with that.
