Killing Machine Proc Icon Timer & Glows Frost Strike and Howling Blast Blue

Rime proc tracking Icon Timer & Glows Howling Blast Light Blue

If Killing Machine and Howling Blast are both activated, Howling Blast glows purple

Properly detects whether you are Frost or Unholy and correct talents
Implementation
These are built on MY frame selection/setup, so you'll need to travel through the conditions and set your action button targets accordingly. Sorry, I don't write code, so I don't know how to build custom options to make this easier.
