Mute Mechano-Hog + Mimiron's Head Mount

Mutes the sounds from the Mechano-Hog mount, as well as the static one outside the AH in Dalaran.
May require a /reload.
If you import the weakaura while next to the static Mechano-Hog by the Dalaran AH (engineer's shop), you need to run FAR away from it, then do a '/reload'.
