Elemental Shaman DPCT
Compares the relative Damage per Cast Times of Elemental Shaman's single target, direct damage spells. The spell at the top is the higher DPCT spell.Ignores multipliers that affect both of them equally, such as Curse of Elements.
It's only intended to compare *relative* values for your current stats, in order to choose the best spell to cast at your current level of spellpower and haste. It is not intended to predict DPS.
