Trigged on the Yogg-Saron encounter when this the Malady of the Mind is used.It's a 4 second debuff. Target takes 5000 Shadow damage, loses 3 Sanity and gets feared. The debuff jumps to another target within 10 yards upon expiration.
Upon the debuff hitting you, the WA will post in say chat:
"Hello, M'Lady!"
While also playing a smooch soundbite.
And then one second before the debuff falls off, it will emote:
"tips their hat toward you."
