Warlock Imp Alerts

Dedicated WeakAura to tell you when;

1. Imp is not attacking (shows passive icon)
2. Imp is casting Firebolt (shows Firebolt icon with autocast border)
3. Imp is OOM (adds STOP! text in large letters)
