Penetrating Cold - Index by class/role priorities
A small fact - in a normal raid comp, there's over a 90% chance that at least one person with penetrating cold each round doesn't need additional healing in phase 3.It is either because the targets are tanks, or because their class has immunity (rogues, mages, dps palas)
Created this WA so that these targets always get the LOWEST index and the VIPs in P3 (healers) always get the HIGHEST index, therefore you can assign healers you trust most on the VIP indexes.
To use this WA, please remove all other PC index WAs as they will not be compatible.
