Designed to glow the raid frames of anyone who has the Penetrating Cold debuff and their health drops below 6k. It also has the glass sound to indicate when the next tick of damage will happen.The type and color of the raidframe glow can be changed on the Actions tab, and the sound can be disabled or changed on the Conditions tab.
