Overcharged Singles - Rashok, the Elder (working)
Echo's WA for Overcharged dispell modified to work with MRT.It favorise a smooth destacking and raid damage instead of 3 big raid damage on each group (melee/caster/healer).
MRT note should be configured like this and players on top of the list are the firt to destack :

Player 1
Player 2
Player 3
.....
endQueue
The weakaura still appears en P3 when there is no more AOE in the middle, so you can't destack.
