Prescience Helper
This weakaura checks what specs are in your group and uses a priority system to determine the best target to cast prescience on. based on their spec. Whenever Prescience is available, it will highlight the frame of the highest priority spec when they press their cooldowns, as well as say "Prescience *Player_Name*" via text to speech.
