Limits
1. Will not activate while resting
2. Will not activate while currently casting or channeling a spell, ability, or item
3. Will not activate in combat
4. Will not activate while dead
5. Will not activate more than once per 10 seconds
6. Will not activate within 5 seconds of completing any cast
Known Issues
1. Interrupts applying items like rogue poisons
