[Classic] .IM INTERRUPTED

Extremely basic Weakaura that simply says in chat when you're specified spell is put on cooldown.
Change what spell you want that doesn't normally have a cooldown like Flash heal or Healing wave in the trigger tab.
Change where you want to broadcast that you're interrupted in the Actions tab.
