This is a dynamic bar that compliments Fort's Warrior Tracking Bar and Fort's Warrior Reactive Ability Bar. It reminds you to cast Battleshout, Tracks the sunder stacks of your target (When you're in defensive stance), tracks the duration of Recklessness, Enrage, Death Wish, and Sweeping Strikes (if you happen to have the required talents).
