Tracks mana pool, countdown until mana regen begins, mana regen rate ticks, spell cast timer, and predicted mana consumption of current cast.Known issue:
Currently there is sometimes a variable delay between when the 5 second rule timer ends and mana regen begins. Right now I believe that's due to when you stop casting relative to the internal game clock but I don't know of a way around that.
