Zippy's Track/Untrack Herbs/Minerals/etc.
Shows a half-transparent "!" on the Minimap in cases of...1. Having Tracking disabled, while not being in a Raid Instance or
2. Having Tracking enabled, while being in a Raid Instance (as Tracking takes a buff slot towards the 32 slot buff cap in Classic).
The WA only loads for chracters that are capable of tracking anything (Mining, Herbalism etc.).
