Tank target debuff
集中显示坦克关心的目标debuff，包括：- 嘲讽，低吼，惩戒痛击，群嘲等。会显示嘲讽来源的名字
- 破甲，精灵之火，鲁莽诅咒
- 挫志，尖啸
It shows major target debuffs that tanks would care about, which includes:
- Taunt, Growl, Mocking blow, Challenging shout and etc. Taunt source will be displayed.
- AC debuff, such as sunder and faiere fire, curse of recklessness. Stacks (if any) and remaining time will be displayed.
- AP debuff, such as demo shouts and screech from hunter pet.
