Mana Five Second Rule + Ticks improved
Original WA by Gio (see https://wago.io/8jnpoLFyU)I extended the WeakAura to work with the priest talent Meditation and similar effects (e.g. 3/8 T2).

Mana regen with 5 second rule and mana ticks.
The bar is transparent, place it over your mana bar and adjust the dimensions to cover the bar.
You can change the color opacity for better alignment or to leave it outside of the mana bar.
