Removes stamina buffs from dps/heal, when you get "Leeching Swarm" debuff from Anub'arak in ToC.

- repaired bug, where WA remored only one buff at time
- added trigger - player need to gets "Leeching Swarm" debuff to remove stamina buffs
- changed to remove buffs by names, not IDs (should work for lower ranks too)
- added "Fortitude" buff from stamina scrolls to remove list (used spell ID here) |
