Faerie Fire Alerter

This Weakaura is to help Feral Druids to track their Faerie Fire.
The conditions to NOT use Faerie Fire Feral are the following :
- you have more than 87 energy
- you have the energy and combo points for Rip, and there's no Rip on the target
- you already have an Omen procc
- you are under Berserk and you have more than 15 energy
