Based on Unity's WA - https://wago.io/HlH0YVee3 - updated to include a throttle on trigger for performance.Shows an icon, plays an airhorn and announces "{skull} BEAM ON playername {skull}" in /s when Eye of C'thun is targeting you. Requires you to be targeting Eye of C'Thun OR Giant Eye Tentacle
